The Space
Beautiful first-floor Apartment located in a purpose-built self – catering Aparthotel, this completely renovated listing boasts a modern design, the very best in amenities and super comfy furnishings throughout. Located literally in the centre of Clifden town, you'll be surprised how peaceful it is, given its terrific location.
Lit by huge floor-to-ceiling windows, this natural light-filled property has an incredibly spacious living/dining/kitchen with 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite) and a main bathroom. It can sleep up to 6 guests in total. (1 x Super King Size Bed and 1 x King size bed and 1 x Single Bed as well as a living room sofa bed option) It is meticulously decorated, specifically for holiday accommodation, providing you all the amenities you'll need.
The living area has a large 3/4 seater fabric sofa as well as 2 large comfy armchairs so everyone has a comfy seat from which to watch TV. You can even log in to your Netflix account through the smart TV!
Of course, there is high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
The full-service kitchen has an oven, touch-sensitive hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. New Cutlery, crockery, and all cooking utensils are supplied. These is also a Nespresso premium coffee machine for the coffee lovers out there!
The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a cool colour scheme as well as an additional single bed. The open wardrobe will hold all your clothing and the full length mirror and vanity unit let you get ready before your big night out. Bedside tables, lamps cosy cushions and throws combine to make things a little more homely. A slick ensuite toilet and shower room provide privacy for the occupants of the main bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom is a bright, vibrant, relaxing space with a large king-size bed ample storage and a full-length mirror and there is also a desk and office chair for your laptop overlooking the town!
There is pay and display parking outside but fear not, there is a free public car park only 150 metres away.
Guest Access
It should be noted that there is a flight of stairs to climb in order to access the property, so please bear this in mind if travelling with guests who have difficulty with stairs or if you're bringing particularly heavy luggage. There is unfortunately no lift.

Clifden, the capital of Connemara is known as one of the most picturesque and vibrant tourist towns in the country. It is simply a must-visit destination on the renowned Wild Atlantic Way, Legendary Irish poet Oscar Wilde put it best when he famously described Connemara as a “Savage Beauty”.
From its beautiful scenery, amazing beaches, incredible tourist attractions and amazing pub and restaurant scene, Clifden is the perfect place to unwind, let loose and enjoy all that the West of Ireland has to offer!

This chic townhouse is all about location, situated right in the heart of Clifden, a short drive to white sandy beaches, within walking distance to gourmet restaurants & a large selection of pubs offering traditional and modern music. This townhouse provides comfort & modern living. Ideal for couples and families who want a holiday along the Wild Atlantic Way.
The townhouse is set over three floors comprising a large open plan kitchen dining area reception, master bedroom with ensuite shower room, double bedroom & twin room and further shower room.
Entrance hallway with understairs storage area housing a washing machine (no dryer however we provide a clothes horse). Large floor-to-ceiling mirror. Tiled flooring, carpeted stairs leading to bedroom & shower rooms.
Upon entering the main living area you are immediately struck with the natural oozing sunlight entering from the double doors in the dining area, window in the kitchen and sitting room.
The sitting room area has a large L-shaped cream leather couch, flat screen SmartTV with Netflix, coffee table and footstool. Wooden flooring throughout.
The dining table seats up to six guests with double doors opening to an ornate balcony with a bird's eye view of a courtyard offering a pub, restaurant, coffee shop, boutique and hairdressers.
Open plan fully fitted kitchen with all new appliances such as dishwasher, large fridge freezer, electric oven & hob. Double toaster, ample cutlery & crockery. If anything missing just let us know!
Stairs leading to the first floor:-
Double bedroom with double doors leading to ornate balcony, fitted wardrobes and shelf unit, wooden flooring, double bed with mattress topper, two side lockers & mirror. Black out curtains.

Stairs leading to the top floor:-
Master Bedroom, to keep things especially comfy the owner has provided a super-king size bed with an orthopaedic mattress and mattress topper, a dressing table with a large mirror and a hairdryer. There is ample storage space with fitted wardrobes and a shelf unit. Wooden flooring, Velux window with blind. SmartTV with Netflix.
Ensuite shower room: This room is my favourite!! Large walk-in power shower, double sink His & Her’s – or in my case all Her’s!. Heated towel rail.
There is free parking in the complex. If in the unlikely event, there is no parking in the complex there is a free public car park less than two minutes walk from the townhouse.
The complex offers 2 bars, an award-winning restaurant, a Theatre cinema, a leisure centre & Spa. A must-visit is Steam coffee shop, their cakes are delish!, We highly recommend Hedz hairdressers. 2 boutiques in the Courtyard offer sustainable clothing
Clifden Town Centre is approx three minutes walk with an array of shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries and great coffee shops. There is a children’s playground, and astroturf pitch and Clifden Quay is within six minute's walk. Supervalu, bakery, and delicatessen are in the town centre. There is a market every Friday on the Square which provides fresh fish, fruit & vegetables and a flower market. Aldi’s & Lidl’s supermarkets are less than 10 minutes walk. Banks, ATMs, and churches are again within walking distance.
There is a stairwell to enter the townhouse. Please note that the townhouse is set over three floors and 2 sets of stairs within the property.
We have the keys available for pick up in a lockbox upon arrival.
Guest manual regarding the hot water system, refuse, and wifi instructions are sent via email before arrival.
