Hill House is set over two floors:
Ground Floor:
The front door opens to a hallway- to the left you enter the reception room which is bright and airy with 2 sofas, an armchair, a chaise lounge and a loveseat. There is an open fire plus a TV.
To the right of the hallway is an elegant dining room with an ornate fireplace and large windows overlooking the front and side of the property. Dining table seating 8 -the perfect room for entertaining.
Kitchen/dining room: Fully fitted kitchen with an electric hob and cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and built-in microwave. There is a dining table seating 6.
There are French doors leading to the garden and decked area, ideal for dining Al-Fresco, there is a BBQ and outdoor table for 4.
Downstairs WC upon entrance.
Office/Playroom: Ornate fireplace, window overlooking the garden area.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed and ensuite shower and WC, plus walk-in wardrobe.

There is also space for baby cots in all bedrooms – 1 travel cot supplied (upon request)

This holiday home is family-friendly benefiting from being within a stone's through to Clifden Town and a short distance to the playground.

Hill House is happy to welcome your pet, however, we would ask that your pet would not be permitted on furniture or on beds. If additional cleaning is required we may have to deduct this from your damage deposit.
